Disciplining Staff

Disciplinary action can be taken if you have concerns about your employees’ work, conduct or absence.

Before taking formal disciplinary action or dismissing them, you may try to raise the matter informally. 

You must hold a disciplinary hearing before dismissing an employee and it is often advisable to take legal advice before and during this process. Although we're not lawyers we speak to salon owners every day regarding managing staff and disciplinary action so do give us a call.
