Welcome to dr. barbers - offering men's and boy's haircuts in a contemporary yet relaxed environment.

dr. barbers has been brought to Ampthill by Darren Johnson. Having worked as a barber for many years, Darren wanted to open his own shop that was a bit different to the traditional barber shop, which can often be stuffy and old fashioned.

At dr. barbers we provide classic, creative and modern haircuts, and we always listen to what you want. You can also store your new haircut on our iPad for reference on your next visit.

We have the latest magazines and newspapers to read and great tracks to listen to whilst you relax. We like to keep the children entertained too with books and comics. For those in need of refreshment after a hard day’s work, there's also a complimentary beer on hand for late night openings, and our friendly barbershop banter is provided free of charge!
