About Elita Hair Salon
Elita Hair Salon is an intimate salon with highly competent and trained staff, offering a one to one service using only the best products within a comfortable relaxed salon atmosphere that offers excellent consultations as well as after care advice.
Our services range from children's hair and bridal hair to manicures and pedicures, all under one roof - with gift vouchers and special offers available as well as late night and Sunday appointments available on request. You can also relax during your appointment with a choice of 120 digital online magazines!
We have been accepting, and will be accepting, appointments outside our standard opening hours such as call outs for events etc. Please note our salon's booking policy: deposits apply due to the high demand and accuracy of bookings, attendance, technicality, quality, and timing of our services.

Deposits: - Please note deposits are required for: -
Group Bookings, Major Technical Services, Last Minutes appointments and End of Week Appointments
Refunds:
Our aim is to provide and deliver the highest standard of services and for the customer to be 100% satisfied.
Returns and refunds are limited to the following situations
- Services received cannot be refunded under any circumstances
- Refunds will only be considered for product is presented within 7 days of purchase, unused and in the original packaging. If the product us opened or used, a restocking fee will be changed.
- No refunds are given on gift vouchers and gift vouchers ore non exchangeable
Bookings & Cancellations:
Cancellations or booking changes made at least one business day in advance allows our team the opportunity to accommodate other clients and will be greatly appreciated.
Due to the nature of our technical services, please be advised delays may occur.
Cancellation made with less the 24 hours’ notice will be charged at 50% of the service fee. No show/last minute cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the service fee.
Late Arrivals:
To ensure the promptness of all our reservations, we reserve the right to reschedule any booking which when arrival is later than 10 minutes.
Redo’s:
Dues to the artistic and individual nature of our services, we cannot offer any refunds on the service preformed. However, we will work tirelessly to ensure that you are fully satisfied. If for any reason you may not be satisfied with your service, you must let us know immediately before you leave the salon to resolve the situation. A redo can still be offered if there is a technical issue with the service provided. We require you to contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. No redo will be offered before treatment of fully assessed by the salon manager.
