Exceptional service

I can't comment on the hairdressing side of this salon but I can comment on the front of house service by Janice which is excellent.. I visited this salon just before Christmas to see if they had any GHD hair dryers ( my daughter particularly wanted the copper coloured one) but unfortunately they only had the chrome trim one but as Christmas was close and I had failed to find one anywhere else I decided to buy it. That should have been the end of it but Janice very kindly said she would do her best to phone around and try and find a copper one and took my contact details. I didn't hold out a lot of hope if I'm honest but Janice called me the next day to say she had one for me in the shop and I was welcome to swap it,which I did. Now,that is what I call excellent service and she is a fine asset to this business,thank you Janice.

Excellent service

Enjoyed my first visit to this hair salon very much. Stylists are very well trained and provide good advice on how to maintain your hair. Enjoyed the experience so much that this will become my main hairdresser. Thank you all so much.
