Managing Director
With over 40 years experience in the industry, I started thirtyOne in 2004. Originally trained in London, I’ve worked alongside some of the UK’s best stylists at Army & Navy, (Victoria), Dickens & Jones (Mayfair) and Barkers of Kensington. I am passionate about all elements of hairdressing; from spending time with our wonderful clients, to working alongside a hand picked team that I am truly proud of.

Creative Director
Rob leads the team at thirtyOne, having built his reputation by managing stylists at top salons in London, Bath and Exeter. Having recently spent 28 years running his own successful salon in The Cotswolds, Rob joins Jilly and the team to be nearer to his family in Lyme Regis. Rob says: “I like to think of a great salon as being, after your home and work, that third and special place, a haven from it all where clients can come to feel relaxed, be pampered and come out looking their very best.”

Hi, I’m Sally and I’ve worked as a Stylist since 1996. I’ve had the privilege of working alongside Jilly for over 26 years and am proud of the talented, professional team we have built at thirtyOne. I enjoy all aspects of hairdressing, especially colouring, but will take on any challenge, big or small. Hi, I’m Lisa, a Stylist with a love for all aspects of hairdressing - from consultation, through to colouring, cutting and styling. I’ve worked in the industry for over 18 years now and most of these have been with the team at thirtyOne. What I enjoy most about my job is that I’m always learning; every head of hair is different, and no two cuts are exactly the same! Hi, I’m Georgia, one of thirtyOne’s homegrown Stylists! I trained at the Hair Academy South West in 2010. Since then, I’m proud to have built up a busy clientele in my 11 years at the salon. What I love most about hairdressing is the genuine relationships that you build with your clients. Transforming people’s hair helps them feel good about themselves and this is what makes the job so rewarding. I specialise in colour and bobs, but will turn my scissors to any challenge!
