Some of the measures that a COVID Aware salon has in place are:
- Completion of a full COVID-19 Risk Assessment
- Full staff training relating to COVID-19 - Risk Assessment, use of PPE, sanitisation etc.
- Regular management checks to ensure measures are in place and followed
- Sanitisation of the salon, including hand sanitisation for staff, clients and visitors
- Social distancing is in place and enforced
- Track and Trace systems in place

We’re fully committed to our staff development with ongoing training to ensure that the highest standards of hairdressing, beauty and client care are delivered, and we stay ahead of the curve when it comes to the latest trends and techniques. High standard training and support is delivered in our academy by our trained NVQ assessors and a specialist company, UKTD.

At Sarai we enjoy a very low turnover of staff, which means familiar faces and that extended family welcome that all our clients enjoy.
At Sarai we also offer a caring and sensitive service for clients with cancer and medical hair loss as part of the ‘My New Hair Charity’ created by Trevor Sorbie. Sarah, the salon owner is trained in wig personalising, including cutting and styling and is currently studying a three-year Level 5 degree in Trichology, at The Institute Of Trichologists. Being medically trained as a Clinical Trichologist, will enable us to diagnose and treat diseases and disorders of the hair and scalp, including shedding and hair loss, combining hairdressing and trichology within the salon.

Immaculate and stylish salon with lovely down to earth staff! Kelsey is amazing and absolutely transformed mine and my husband's hair! I also highly recommend the children's cuts, the stylist was patient and quick with my toddler and the salon was well equipped with books to keep her occupied.
