Why doesn't my daughters hair grow?

Hi,

My daughter is of mixed parentage and has soft half European and half Caribbean hair, but it does not grow!

At the moment it is shoulder length but she wants it longer. Why doesn't it grow?

Hi,

It will grow, but slowly due to the texture. Make sure there is enough moisture in the hair, and try styling it with conditioner to hold the texture down, this will make the hair more relaxed and manageable to.
