Although COVID-19 dominated our lives in 2020, and continues to do so, it was not all doom and gloom for Teresa Weller, who experienced some much-needed starry moments amongst the darkness.

Despite being locked down three times there has been so many amazing things for Teresa and her team at Teresa Weller HairArt to look back on.

The biggest thing Teresa noticed was her local community and how they rallied around her to show their support. It was this enormous support that pushed her business through the year. Teresa said:

We have all really looked after each other, and I for one want to thank all my loyal clients, local community, friends, and my wonderful team for so much support in these dreadful times.

In long periods of isolation, it was amazing to know we were not alone, we have all gone through this pandemic together, on top of normal life problems.

But, despite the lockdowns and isolation, there was also much joy to be had with a big win at the Salon Awards – taking the number one spot as Best Bridal Hair Salon in Surrey for the second year running.

Teresa also saw her stunning work featured on the Christmas issue of Surrey Life magazine. The Christmas issue is Teresa’s fourth front cover in just 18 months and takes pride of place alongside countless features and published collections.

Looking forward into 2021 and there is more excitement ahead with the launch of their new online store. Clients will be able to shop 24/7 for their favourite products or buy a beautiful gift set or vouchers for someone they love.

With salons across the UK now remaining closed, Teresa’s 2020 has certainly proved that even in the darkest of times, there is always a glimmer of positivity.
