The team at browns joined Lockerbie to celebrate its Christmas lights switch on with browns producing a London Fashion Week inspired catwalk event at the beautiful Lockerbie Town Hall.
Browns, who have recently refurbished their salon at 4 Station Road, Lockerbie, treated 150 guests to a show stopping 45 minute Fashion Runway show. The runway showcased 50 high fashion looks with amazing hairstyles to match. Speaking of the event browns owner Nelson Brown said,
We used all local designers to bring fashion back to Dumfries and Galloway.
For the Fashion Runway finale the delighted Nelson and his team wowed the entire audience by showing them the huge backstage efforts of all the contributors and local designers. These included hair by browns Creative Team led by Nelson Brown, fashion styling by Katie Dyet, Make-up by Nicola Lamont of Jacquie’s Beauty in Dumfries, clothing from Vintage Sisters in Castle Douglas, Marie Hill Millinery, Ann-Maries in Lockerbie, Miss Monroe’s Boutique in Dumfries, ELKBI Boutique in Carlisle, Wildest Denim Dreams, Beau-Boutique and Stephen Rowe Opticians in Lockerbie.
