F.A.M.E. Team with Errol Douglas MBE

This week, Fellowship Ambassador Errol Douglas MBE took time out his busy schedule to spend the day with our four F.A.M.E. Team members to get an exclusive insight into just how the mind of an industry icon works.

A former F.A.M.E. Team member himself, Errol knows just what it’s like to be in the position of the team so was the perfect person to inspire them with just how far you can get in the industry with a platform such as the one they have been given. Errol also talked the team through the process of turning a concept for a shoot or a show into a physical creation. With the team’s upcoming trip to Australia in collaboration with BaByliss PRO UK, they are busy preparing for their on-stage presentations at the Hair Expo show in Sydney and working hard to turn their ideas into a reality, with Errol helping them to solidify their plans.

Spending the day with Errol made me look differently into how I approach the process of concept to creation. It was fascinating looking back at previous F.A.M.E. Team members from years gone by and their journeys, highlighting what an achievement it is to be a part of this. Errol is an idol of mine and it was a privilege to be able to spend the day with him and get invaluable advice from such a legend.
