Trichologist Tiffany Hall and award-winning stylist and industry author Jordanna Cobella have joined forces to launch a brand-new education programme that supports stylists to better understand hair loss and scalp services.

Hair Loss 360 is a six-week online course where participants will gain invaluable knowledge around scalp care and hair loss, including types of hair loss, terminology, causes and treatment. The course will also cover how to communicate with clients on this sensitive subject, as well as methods and marketing tips to integrate trichology services into your business.

Tiffany says: “As hair experts, we know that the scalp directly impacts the quality, growth, and condition of our clients' hair, in both men and women. But without trichology knowledge or expertise, often scalp issues are innocently missed or mistreated with inappropriate products. Our new education programme covers everything that salons or stylists need to know, from identifying issues to making hair loss services part of their offering.”

Enhance your expertise, boost client satisfaction, and elevate your salon's reputation as a trusted destination for comprehensive hair care.

Module 3: The Psychology and Art of Conversation

Discover the insights and techniques to enhance client relationships and communication skills. Discover the art of conversation surrounding the sensitive topic of hair loss and scalp conditions including, how to bring this up to a client who has never spoken about hair loss before, how to navigate conversations for medical conditions, how to hold space for your clients who are suffering emotionally and how to read and adapt your approach to different clients with basic psychology principles. Learn consultation techniques, trigger warnings, buzz words and exactly the language to use for your clients along with useful analogies to better aid your clients understanding of hair loss.

Module 4: Products and Services for Hair Loss

Learn to address hair loss using existing salon products alongside creating in salon treatments and service menus to generate sales and profit. Understand to implement these new services and onboard and incentivise your team to upsell this as a service. We provide you with helpful worksheets and informative PDFs to aid understanding in the product technology and consultation techniques, ensuring tailored recommendations for clients. Module 5: Marketing – How to Sell to your Existing Clients

Module 6: Marketing – How to Generate New Clients
