HairFlair, the go-to brand for direct heat-free, damage free curls, have launched NEW RIPPLE FLAIR into their popular Waveformers range.
This revolutionary new type of heatless tool creates a ripple effect delivering a natural undulating wave rather than a traditional ringlet curl shape. Always consumer centric and reactive to trends, HairFlair Ripple Flair is for all hair types and textures of hair.
The ripple wave, similar to when hair is plaited, can be notoriously difficult to achieve for some hair types. By extending the current Waveformers range, the new Waveformers Ripple Flair offers an alternative to lose beachy waves, providing an on-trend, polished ripple look that consumers are clamouring for. Waves dominated the virtual runways this year, including at the Jason Wu NYFW presentation, which celebrated wavy, curly, and coiled textured hair, making the Ripple Flair a must-have for SS21. Like the rest of the range, the new Ripple Flair ensures long lasting results and comes with 40 ripples and two new sized hooks for easy application.
Alexandra Malet, HairFlair CEO, says:
We always strive to react to trends and consumer demand, identifying exactly what customers want, so we are thrilled to be able to deliver the new Waveformers Ripple Flair to market. Ripple waves have never been so easy to achieve, and with our latest launches we are delighted to be strengthening our position as the no.1 brand championing damage-free, long lasting curls.
Surfing the huge selfcare wave throughout 2020 and enjoying double digit growth year on year, HairFlair identified consumers had more time at home, focusing on selfcare rituals and were more likely to style their hair without heated tools, avoiding heat damage. Ripple Flair follows the hugely successful launch of the HairFlair Scrunchy which featured on ITV Lorraine and in the Metro. The oversized satin, velvet, and organza scrunchies are a trend twist on the popular 90’s hair accessory, falling neatly within the selfcare category. HairFlair’s range is perfect for salons to retail to clients to encourage no heat styling damage between appointments. Designed in 100% recyclable materials, they are kink and damage free to hair and perfect to help maintain voluminous waves.

Eco-friendly, biodegradable Curl Detangling Comb
HairFlair’s new eco-friendly, fully biodegradable Curl Detangling Comb uses revolutionary material PLA, a green, plastic alternative reducing both traditional plastic production and carbon footprint.
HairFlair strives to be the solution not the problem in the beauty industry when it comes to using environmentally friendly materials and packaging. While a whopping 99% of marketed combs are made from single-use plastic, HairFlair’s first-to-market plastic-free comb is also specially designed for curly hair.
The small minority of bio-degradable combs available are made from bamboo, which has numerous environmental benefits, however water and wet styling products can damage the comb, shortening its usage life. The HairFlair Curl Detangling Comb is made from PLA, a 100% bio-degradable polymer made from renewable resources including sugar cane, corn starch and Tapioca root, making the comb suitable for wet hair and compatible with any haircare product.
The Curl Detangling Comb’s wide gap teeth design is ideal to detangle thick and hard to manage hair without ruining curls or waves. Available in two colour ways – black and pink, the comb has an ergonomic handle to comb through tangled hair with ease.
