Members of HOB Salons joined together to support Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS) this month for their UK Fashion Show.

Headed up by Generation Now member Luke Benson of HOB Salons Rickmansworth, the team styled all 27 models for the catwalk show at The Foundation Bar, Covent Garden, on Sunday 6th November.

Donating his free time to such a fantastic cause, Luke was joined by assistants Shannon Williamson of HOB Salons Stanmore and Gemma Sullivan of HOB Salons Hatch End to create on-trend ballerina buns, tousled curls and catwalk looks.

The models, all of whom are EDS sufferers - a genetic connective tissue condition caused by an abnormality in the collagen in the body, affecting joints and internal organs, were given new looks for their moment in the spotlight.

Speaking of the event, Luke Benson beamed,

It’s always lovely to support charities and causes such as EDS, especially when the models are so amazing. Using your skills and what you do to help others is fantastic and to see the good that a few hours of your time can do is really rewarding.
