HOB Salons take Homecare to Another Level

HOB Salons have launched HOB Homecare, a revolutionary way for clients at home to get the very best haircare specifically for them.

The team have spent the past 12 months working on the concept, with the aim to ensure all clients use the correct products for their hair type.

Unlike other online retail shops, clients can book a free online video consultation with one of their hairdressing experts to discuss your haircare concerns and to find the perfect regime that is personal to you and your hair type. And just like an in-salon consultation, you will also be offered colouring and styling advice too, before buying the prescribed products at the click of a button. The website will retail products from Olaplex, System Professional, Sebastian, Nioxin, ghd, Alterna and Wella.

Led by four times British Hairdresser of the Year and HOB Salons International Creative Director, Akin Konizi, the website is designed to care for all hair types away from the salon:

We are moving onto another level of client care. Clients come and see us every 6-12 weeks and then go home and use products from wherever. We lose control of how they care for their hair, but now with HOB Homecare we can recommend what to use at home that they can’t buy from a supermarket. So, if they run out of a product, they can have a video consultation and ensure they get the right products specifically for them.

The team are so confident in the expert advice and hand-picked products they offer, that if a client purchases products through their expert recommendation and the client is not 100% satisfied with the results, they are entitled to an exchange or full refund within 28 days of their purchase.
