Jack Howard Announces Partnership with Sisters Beauty Lounge, Dubai

International Colourist and the UK’s leading Balayage expert, Jack Howard has announced that he’ll be in residence at the St Regis branch of Sisters Beauty Lounge in Dubai every two months, commencing January 18th - 21st 2017.

Jack, who is based at Paul Edmonds in London, is also UK Colour Spokesperson for L’Oreal Professionnel and is world-renowned for his beautiful, natural colour techniques – he is widely credited with bringing Balayage to the UK and has taught freehand colouring to thousands of other colourists internationally. Jack worked with L’Oreal Professionnel to create four techniques for the Brunette Bar, a concept to bring brunette colour to life with multi-tonal, 3D colour hues which has been rolled out into salons nationwide.

Jack says,

I’m looking forward to bringing a touch of my London and New York experience to the UAE – welcoming my existing Middle Eastern clients who I see in London and new clients looking for that beautiful balayage colour.

Jack has an innate feel for what works in hair colour, for example, brunettes don’t like orange tones, colour should be alive and not flat and dull, and he knows exactly how to deliver a natural, beautiful finish.
