As filming gets underway for the next series of BBC Three’s Don’t Tell The Bride, local Loughton-based hairdressing salon was called upon for everything hair!

The BBC series sees the groom in charge of all the final wedding details from the dress to the cake, and as a client of HOB Salons, Loughton, the groom chose his regular stylists to cater to the bride’s every hair need.

Taking place on Saturday 30th July in the award-winning salon on Loughton High Road, the bride and her two bridesmaids were to be styled by franchise salon owner Kelly Ly, as well as HOB stylists Natalia Brandy and Samantha Kenny.

With only one hour to complete the looks, the bride unfortunately forgot her tiara resulting in a family member having to drive down from Leeds to Loughton to return it to her. With time running out, the bride was naturally very on edge but HOB salon owner Kelly was on hand to keep her calm and ensure she took to the aisle looking and feeling beautiful.

Following the day, Kelly beamed,

It was fantastic to be involved with such a well-known programme and having the film crew in the salon gave a great buzz! Despite all of the dramas with the tiara, the bride looked really beautiful and it ended up all coming together perfectly.

With this episode set to air later this year on BBC3, HOB Salons Loughton awaits gracing your screens very soon.
