Rush Showcase their Latest Collection at ClubStar Evening

ClubStar evenings are a chance to get an insight into the expertise of top industry experts in an environment tailored to young hairdressers.

On Monday 18th July it was an opportunity to learn top tips from the Rush Workshop Team, as they showcased their latest collection ‘Juxtaposition’.

Starting the evening off was Ben Russell who described the inspiration behind the collection, which works with contrasting tones and ‘opposing alliances’. It was then a chance to hear an in-depth description of the colour work used, as Ryan Andrews conveyed the link to the Rush philosophy of ‘strength and movement’.

Ashley Haynes was soon welcomed to the stage to join Ben, producing two stunning haircuts that certainly were a real wow factor for the audience. Next up was Alex Hardy who also presented a haircut, with Sophie Chandler joining him to showcase a show stopping hair-up.

Before the night drew to a close Ryan returned to present two incredible colour models – a perfect end to a fantastic event. Ben Russell from Rush Workshop Team said,

It was a great opportunity to work with The Fellowship and present to the ClubStar audience. The ClubStar is the future of British hairdressing and to be able to show our fresh ideas was a great privilege.
