Sharon Dempsey Braves the Shave

Sharon Dempsey, Creative Director of Dare Salon and Academy in Waltham Abbey, Essex, will be Braving the Shave on the 28th August at 3pm at the salon.

Having the honour of cutting off Sharon’s long locks will be Dare’s salon manager, Michelle Flood, with all money being raised going to Macmillan Cancer Support.

Sharon’s daughter Shania was diagnosed with cancer in 2011, which she successfully fought against and lived a normal teenage life for three years. But sadly, Shania’s cancer has returned and is growing at a fast rate. So in order to support her daughter in her fight against cancer, Sharon has decided to lose her locks in order to raise as much money as possible for this amazing charity.
