Benn Parkinson, Ashley Cardy and Lauren Hill of Chaye Cooper & Co, Chandlers Ford, took to the Guy Kremer salon in Winchester for a day of bonding – the L’Oreal way.

The team were on hand for a day of training in the new L’Oreal product, Smartbond – a new protective and strengthening service, specifically designed for hairdressers.

Benn and Ashley learnt the skills and techniques in using the new system, which protects and strengthens the hair during technical services, such as bleach and hair colour. Composing of three components, the first two applied professionally in-salon and the third being used at home, Chaye Coopers Smartsquad team members will now be able to provide their clients with a more reinforced, more resistant, softer, shinier hair colour.
