Step Up & Shine Scholarship 2017

The search is now on for the next Step Up & Shine winner and applications are officially open.

Step Up & Shine is an exciting and bespoke education package worth £2,500 in the name of industry legend Christofer Mann. The ideal candidate would be an individual who has the desire and passion to learn and improve his or her skills through courses and workshops with ongoing support throughout.

This is such an exciting imitative. Christofer was a huge supporter of grass-roots hairdressing and believed whole heartedly in the concept of education for all. Once again Step Up & Shine Scholarship is open to any stylist or assistant, of any age and any level, anywhere in the UK. No experience is necessary but the drive and enthusiasm to learn is what sums up Christofer’s ethos of supporting those ‘uncut diamonds’ of the industry.

Since April's President Night I have been on cloud nine, as I have experienced some amazing courses and met some incredible industry experts who have taken the time to help me grow as a hairdresser. The best part is the education is tailored to me completely and Debbie G has been amazing in helping me choose what is right for me. I have already been on a once in a lifetime photo shoot with Marc Antoni; learnt fundamentals with Debbie G and I even got qualified in hair extensions with Michelle Griffin.
