Strands Hairdressing Host their Annual Charity Event for CRY

Strands Hairdressing, Whiteley recently held their annual charity fund raiser at The Crofton Club Stubbington, which was once again a great success with the team raising over £1,900 for CRY (Cardiac Risk in The Young).

Each year the Team choose a charity they would like to support, and having raised money in the past for Headway and Testicular cancer, their chosen charity this year was CRY. 

With over 200 family and friends attending the event and Local band Headstock as the entertainment, it really was a great night. The Strands annual charity event is now in everyone’s diary as a ‘not to be missed’ lively night out!

The Money raised will be donated to The David Brown memorial fund set up by Laura Miles to fund much needed screening in 14 - 35 year olds. Laura Miles said,

This money will really help towards screening, and to diagnose cardiac problems and save lives.
