Twisted Scissors Storm Local Awards

The fifth Northern Ireland Hair and Beauty Awards welcomed this year over 250 guests at the Crowne Plaza Belfast on Sunday July 14th in a celebration of the Northern Irish hair & beauty industry.

Another year on and the talent within the Northern Irish hair and beauty industry has shown no sign of shying away, as some of the most successful local businesses and professionals came together to celebrate their achievements at the Northern Ireland Hair and Beauty Awards.

The winners are a true reflection of high standards and impeccable customer service, as they are chosen by members of the public. One of these impeccable salons was Twisted Scissors & Soul, who were not only finalists in three categories, but walked away with two winner's trophies! Twisted Scissors stylist, Jordan took the award for Junior Stylist of the Year, and the salon itself stole the crown as Best Belfast Salon of the Year. Salon owners, Nicola and Jeanette said:

The glamorous night was hosted by TV producer, author and award-winning broadcaster, Aideen Hand, who gave away 16 amazing awards to the deserving winners. She welcomed on stage talented individuals and businesses, acknowledged for constantly delivering high-quality hair and beauty services to their clients. These Awards provided a platform to thank those in the hair and beauty industry, letting them know that their good work doesn’t go unnoticed.
