Update on Lifestyle TV and Vision TV issues

Julian Sampson of Wright & Wright Solicitors has been in touch with an update on the latest issues with Lifestyle TV and Vision TV.

The Lifestyle TV and Vision TV debacle has cost salons nationwide and since Lifestyle went into administration, salons have been left to fight for themselves with the banks and finance companies who administer the leasing arrangements for hardware which, in some circumstances, doesn’t work.

Julian has highlighted that the BBC (via 5Live Investigates) will be running a programme on this on Sunday evening at 21:00. He’s contributed where he can, as has one of his clients, and he hopes this serves to raise the profile of this long drawn-out saga for salons. Small, independent salons continue to suffer both in financial terms and with the lack of valuable information. Julian hopes this helps to raise the profile for the hair and beauty sector albeit in his discussions it appears this problem has befallen a number of industries and isn’t just exclusive to Lifestyle either.
