Incorporating Sustainability into your Business
With April being Earth Month, sustainability is at the forefront of everyone’s minds.
We caught up with evo Creative Team member, Ky Wilson to get his advice on simple ways to incorporate sustainability into your business…
- Start by stocking up on eco-friendly products. Opt for products with biodegradable ingredients and get a system in place to recycle and compost.
- Offset your carbon footprint. Consume local and seasonal products and make sure you buy only what to need to avoid waste.
- Make energy efficient upgrades like swapping out those lightbulbs to LED instead.
- Do business with other B Corps whenever possible.
- Make use of those second hand finds and think of clever ideas to reuse them.
- Plant trees for every single client. Check out organisations such as The Wildlife Trust, Treedom or the World Land Trust.
