What is balayage?

Balayage is a French word meaning to sweep or to paint. It allows for a sun-kissed natural looking hair colour that benefits from softer and less noticeable regrowth lines. We consider that less is more when creating soft, natural looks.

How is it applied?

To keep the look soft and natural, we use a free hand technique – there is no foil required!

Is balayage colouring right for you?

How do I book in at the salon for balayage?

Give either our Shrewsbury or Wolverhampton salons a call and ask for your hair colour appointment explaining that you would like balayage colouring.  If you have seen a particular image that you would like us to replicate on your hair, bring it along and we will give you an honest and expert opinion of how we can achieve the colour you require. Please be aware that if you have not had a colour service at either of our salons before, we  require you to call in for a skin test.
