The difference between the all around service, experience, expertise and knowledge that Kelly and her salon provides and the rest is incalculable. She talked my wife through every stage of the process, making sure she was happy before moving forward. The end result was breathtaking. My wife was beaming and more beautiful than ever. I too was welcomed in the salon and Kelly even took the time to explain what she was doing to me, why things are done as they are and what the end result would be. The fact that my wife had Kelly and Kelly alone doing her hair (no trainee or more junior member of staff to wash or style etc) makes a huge difference to the whole experience. To call Kelly just a hairdresser is a huge understatement. She's a hairdresser, alchemist, customer service champion and new friend all rolled into one. It's plain to see why the salon and Kelly are multi award winning. If it was possible I'd award her, her staff and salon 10*!

When you use the Good Salon Guide website and search for COVID Award Salon in Neath (something we all want in the current situation) they are the first to appear – consider this – it’s not alphabetically ordered firstly! They are on top as they were THE FISRT to be awarded the status!

From day 1 Kelly Shone-Adams has had the customer at the heart of this salon. Her meticulous attention to detail shows in everything she does. From the moment you walk through the door to the moment you leave – you are VIP!

Her expertise is backed up by her being a State Registered Hairdresser – proof that she is a professionally qualified hairdresser. She is passing on this expertise and professionalism to het trainee hairdressers, Georgia and Robyn. They both share her passion for hair and for perfection. Kelly will not jeopardise the health of your hair or her professional reputation for the sake of money either. She is honest and truthful about the outcome that is possible for each individual – this is discovered via an in-depth consultation which covers all aspects of hair history, haircare routine and lifestyle. This is why the results achieved are so amazing and why clients continue to return.

If you want perfection Kelly is your lady. I don’t like visiting hairdressers but since visiting Technocracy Hair it all changed, such a friendly warm welcome and you never ever leave disappointed, perfection every time Kelly is a master at what she does as well as a lovely lovely lady.

Arrived with severe anxiety about changing hairdressers...left happiest I’ve ever been with my hair! Kelly listened and talked me through every step, making me feel totally at ease and looked after from start to finish. Her and Stacey create such a nice atmosphere and also make a wicked cuppa with a Welsh cake thrown in! Already made my next appointment as you need to get in quick - this woman is in demand! After having bleach blonde hair for 7 years i really wanted to change my colour but was always apprehensive but it was yellow brassy and very dry, i seen kellys work on facebook And couldnt believe how fantastic she had transformed and correct other peoples colours ! I booked in with her and had a skin test , and on the day she was very professional guiding me thou all the colour chats what would suit me best and also listened to what i wanted . I couldnt be more pleased with my result not just the colour but the condition of my hair has never been better !! I would recommend kelly to absolutely everybody im thrilled with my results !
