Migena is a vivacious and warm personality, who began her career as a TV presenter and model. Lured by the bright lights of London and her passion for styling, she went on to train in hair styling at Vidal Sassoon's flagship academy in Mayfair. It’s from that platform that Migena’s career in make-up and styling sprung into success across the globe. Her acclaimed international portfolio includes make-up and hair styling for Miss England and Miss World competitions, as well as competitions and photo shoots in New York, Paris, Dubai, Sri Lanka and the UK. For the past two years she has been a judge and panellist at high profile events, such as the OK Beauty Awards in 2018, and the ASOS Fashion Awards in 2019.

Her 10 years in hair and make-up has seen her rise to the top as one of the UK’s premier stylists, winning multiple awards and international competitions. Despite her global profile, the UK is where Migena calls home, and where she established her first 5 star salon. Her time here has seen her work with a number of high profile clients, celebrity fashion shows and high fashion editorial photo shoots.

In more recent years, Migena has focused her efforts on the world of Asian bridal make-up and hair styling. Always fascinated by the glamour of Bollywood, she began intensely studying the art of Asian make-up and hair styling. Her popularity in the Asian make-up scene quickly blossomed, entering a thriving period of bridal make-up bookings, Asian bridal shows, and projects throughout a number of leading industry magazines.   

After her gregarious career in this industry, Migena is passionate about sharing her experience and skill with the next generation of stylists. In sharing her tips, techniques and industry secrets, she hopes many others can enjoy the success and happiness she has found within this fabulous industry.
