Tony Wood Hairdressing brings friends and family together, promoting emotions while creating beautiful hair. Old fashioned in all the right ways, contemporary where required. Over 30 years of hairdressing has enabled Tony to create and environment for ladies and gentlemen of all ages to enjoy, relax and get great hair. I had my first experience of the Salon's Express Colour and was totally happy with the results, the colour of my hair was just what I had asked for. I also had my hair trimmed and blown dry by Liam who always does a fab job! The Salon has a relaxing and calming atmosphere and all the staff are very professional and welcoming. I will always have my hair done at Tony Wood's hairdressing as I am confident I will always end up with a fantastic colour and hair style.

I went to this salon and had Lydia and she was fabulous. Understanding and sesitive to the fact my mid length hair was being all chopped off. She consulted me at every step to make sure I was happy with the new change and the end result was exactly like the photo I showed her, how often does that happen!? Best Salon/Barber in Portsmouth

Having lived in Portsmouth all my life, I was surprised that I hadn't thought of visiting Tony Wood before. After bad experiences at other local barbers, I came across this award winning salon/barber through the local newspaper and decided to visit them. Upon entering The Clocktower I felt at ease by the welcoming atmosphere and staff. I booked an appointment with Steve, and now that I have had my hair cut by Steve on a number of occasions, I couldn't think of having my hair cut anywhere else. Steve's professional skills, knowledge and friendly nature, in combination with the salon's atmosphere is the reason that now I am a regular. I would therefore definitely recommend Tony Wood.
